Registration Details

During the past three school years, LCS blessed to have maximum enrollment so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your child's place! 

Program Information


Due at time of Registration to Secure Enrollment

  1. Submit Online Registration Form - Posted to the Forms Page on 2/21/2023​

    • Receive Confirmation of Availability  via BW or Email after submitting the Registration form.

      • New Families - Your confirmation email will include a link to set up BW profile and add a payment method​

  2. Brightwheel Payment - Must be made AFTER confirmation of available spot

    1. Registration Fee​​​

  • Returning Families - $50​

  • New Families - $100

   2. Supply Fee​ (Fall Semester)

  • T/TH Classes - $60

  • MWF Classes - $80

  • M-F Classes - $120

Ways to Pay -  The Brightwheel App is used for both fee/tuition payment and school communication.  

  • Cash or Check made to LCS can be dropped in the LCS Drop Box outside our door or mailed.

  2. New Students & New Siblings of Returning Families

    1. Health Statement Signed by Healthcare Professional​

    2. Copy of Immunization Records

    • ​These can be faxed directly from the doctor's office to 469-444-6058​

Additional Registration Information

Supply Fees

Supply fees are charged per semester, first semester supply fee is due at registration and second semester supply fee is due with January tuition.



  • Yearly tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments. 

  • All Students (Except KG) - First month's Tuition Payment is due 8/2/23 and subsequent payments are due on the first attendance day of each month.  

  • Kindergarten first month's tuition is due at Registration and subsequent monthly payments are due June, 2023-January 2024


Tuition and supply fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.


Refunds and Withdrawals

There are no refunds or adjustments for absences caused by illnesses, vacation, severe weather days, etc.  Written notice is required 30 days in advance if a child is withdrawn during the school year.  If serious difficulties arise beyond the control of teachers or parents which hinder a child from adapting to the classroom setting, LCS will ask that the student be withdrawn with a refund given for the balance of the paid tuition. 


Each class has a minimum and maximum enrollment requirement.  In the unlikely event a program's availability changes, parents will be notified as soon as possible.
