Programs

LCS offers exceptional early childhood educational programs taught from a Christian perspective for children two years old through Kindergarten, providing positive Christian examples during a child’s most formative years. Please view our program details below and download the above document for registration details.
Mother's Day Out (MDO)


Our Mother’s Day Out program gives children many hands-on opportunities for learning through social interaction, Bible lessons, crafts, music, and theme-related units.  A focus on developing student's fine motor skills and providing multi-sensory experiences is brought in to each activity the students participate in.

  • Age:  Two years of age prior to September 1st

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday-Friday

  • Hours:  9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with extended hours available for early drop off and late pick up

Mother's Day Out (MDO), Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten are offered on:
 Tuesday/Thursday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Monday-Friday
Hours are 9am-1:00pm, with extended hours availaboe for early drop off and late pickup.

​3-Year Old Preschool Class
​

Our Preschool program incorporates Language/Reading Readiness, Math, Science and Social Studies in engaging and fun ways. A focus on developing fine motor skills, and engaging sensory experiences are brought into the activity students particiapte in.  Classes also participate in Bible lessons,  Art, Music, Health and STEM class.

  • Age:  Three years of age prior to September 1st

  • Hours:  9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with extended hours available for early drop off and late pick up

4-Year Old Pre-Kindergarten

 

Our Pre-K Fours program is a great way to prepare children for Kindergarten for the next school year. The Pre-K program incorporates Language/Reading Readiness, Math, Science and Social Studies in engaging and fun ways. Students continue developing their fine motor skills through a varatiety of activities. Activities that encourage their development are presented in a variety of fun and engaging ways. Classes also participate in Bible lessons,  Art, Music, Health and STEM class.

  • Age:  Four years of age prior to September 1st

  • Days: Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday-Friday

  • Hours:  9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with extended hours available for early drop off and late pick up.

 

Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten are Monday-Friday Classes only.

​5-Year Old Jr. Kindergarten 

Our Jr. Kindergarten offers an excellent program that affords younger five year olds an extra year to develop both academically and socially before going into Kindergarten.

The Jr. K program incorporates Language/Reading Readiness, Math, Science and Social Studies in engaging and fun ways. Students continue developing their fine motor skills through a varatiety of activities. Activities that encourage their development are presented in a variety of fun and engaging ways. Classes also participate in in Bible lessons,  Art, Music, Health and STEM class.

 

  • Age:  Five years of age prior to September 1st

  • Days:  Monday-Friday

  • Hours:  9:00a.m. -1:00 p.m., with extended hours available for early drop off and late pick up.

Kindergarten​

​

Our Kindergarten inforporates Reading skills, Handwriting development, Math, Science, Social Studies, and more.  Christian values and Bible stories are an integral part of this program and biblical principals are woven throughout our students' day.  Our Kindergarten program is very hands on and activity driven, while also growing students' stamina for higher level work.  

 

STEM Class is a key elements to our Kindergarten program.  The children also have the unique opportunity to go on a field trip a month to fun destinations like Dallas Children's Museum, Coppell Safety Town, Sci-Tech Museum, Excite Gymnastics,  and other educational locations.

 

In addition to our program activities,our students are truly loved, nurtured and blessed by our tenured teachers and staff.  One more year at this critical age in a Christian centered educational environment, creates a foundation in your child for years to come.

  • Hours:  9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Extended Hours

 

Our extended hours programs are offered Monday through Friday and allows parents the flexibility of additional hours.  These programs are outside of our core curriculum time and provide students the opportunity to enjoy 

 

  •  Rise & Shine:  8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

  •  Stay & Play:  1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
